Former Labour Leader and EU Commissioner Neil Kinnock, now Chairman of the British Council, will give the keynote address on Tuesday 16th May, 2006.

Other speakers confirmed include Professor José-Marie Griffiths, Dean of Information and Library Studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill; Lorcan Dempsey, Vice-President and Chief Strategist at OCLC, and Sandra Ward of TFPL.
